Oopbuy spreadsheet: clear QC photos and big coupons, but a withdrawn Trustpilot score and few published terms

Status on 6 October 2026

Oopbuy's site was working when we checked on 6 October 2026, and rep.tools found it reachable with no credible shutdown reports on 31 August. The complication is its Trustpilot page. When we read it on 6 October, Trustpilot stated that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines. Trustpilot withdraws scores when it finds practices such as review manipulation or incentivised reviews; it does not say which applied. Reviews still appear, the newest dated 3 October, but the headline number that most buyers use is gone. Before the withdrawal, rep.tools recorded about 4.2 from roughly 800 reviews in July 2026.

What Oopbuy does well

Two strengths come up consistently. QC photos are clearer than average and include a shot of the item on a scale, which helps you estimate shipping before you submit a parcel. And Oopbuy runs aggressive sign-up and shipping coupons, which can make a first haul noticeably cheaper. It grew fast during 2024 and 2025 after the Pandabuy raid, and its search interest is still rising in 2026, led by Germany with about 74,000 monthly searches, three times the US figure.

Where Oopbuy is hard to judge

Documentation is the main weakness. Oopbuy does not publish a fee table or storage policy on accessible pages; 90 days of storage is often quoted but not confirmed in public terms. A large cloud of anonymous "Oopbuy spreadsheet" clone domains has filled the gap, many of them built to collect referral sign-ups. With the Trustpilot score withdrawn, the remaining evidence is the content of recent reviews and your own order.

A capable agent with good photos and coupons; verify every term in your account and ignore clone sites.

What a withdrawn Trustpilot score means

Trustpilot withdraws a business's TrustScore and shows a notice when it finds a breach of its guidelines, typically around how reviews were solicited. It does not mean the company is a scam, and reviews remain readable. It does mean the score cannot be compared with other agents. Four agents on our index were in this position on 6 October 2026: Oopbuy, Hipobuy, Hubbuy and Vigorbuy. For each, read the newest reviews and ignore the missing number.

Clone domains

Search results for Oopbuy spreadsheets are crowded with look-alike sites that are not run by Oopbuy. Only oopbuy.com and its official app are Oopbuy. Never log in through a link on a spreadsheet site, and be cautious of pages that push a referral code before showing any list.

Coupons in practice

Oopbuy's coupons usually apply to international shipping and often require a minimum spend or a specific line. Read the conditions before building a parcel around a coupon; a discount on a slow line can still cost more than a full-price faster one if the parcel is held up at customs.

Using the weight shot

The scale photo in Oopbuy's QC lets you add up a haul's weight before shipping. Combine it with the line prices in your account to compare with DHgate's built-in shipping using our calculator.

A five-point check for Oopbuy

• Storage: our record says "Not published (90 days commonly cited)"; confirm the clock in your account.
• Fees: "Promoted as none; no published fee table"; compare the final checkout total, not the headline.
• Reviews: Score withdrawn for a guideline breach; read the ten newest before paying.
• Activity: newest review 3 October 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
• Status: Working (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.
• Community: strongest in Germany, so look for reviews from buyers near you.

Using Oopbuy with a DHgate spreadsheet

A DHgate spreadsheet that mixes in Taobao or Weidian rows works with Oopbuy like this: open the DHgate rows on DHgate itself, since DHgate ships worldwide, and paste only the Chinese marketplace links into Oopbuy. Oopbuy accepts Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links pasted into its search; keep DHgate rows on DHgate.

Who searches for Oopbuy

For context on reach: Oopbuy attracted around 135,400 monthly searches worldwide in Semrush's late-September 2026 data, with Germany (74,000), the United States (22,200), Spain (9,900) at the top. The spreadsheet variant had about 3,600 US searches a month.

Other agents to look at

Buyers who consider Oopbuy often also look at KakoBuy, Joyagoo, USFans. The status index shows all 31 agents side by side.

The same three signals for each, as of 6 October 2026:

For a DHgate buyer trying an agent for the first time, Oopbuy's coupons make the first parcel cheap, which is a reasonable way to test the agent route at low cost.
