Status on 6 October 2026
GTBuy appeared as up on the rep.tools board on 31 August 2026, in the group of smaller agents where rep.tools explicitly declined to quote fees because it could not verify them independently. Its homepage loaded on 6 October, describing a process of ordering by link, inspection on arrival, QC photos, consolidation and door-to-door delivery. Trustpilot showed 4.2 from 30 reviews, but the newest was dated 23 May 2026, a gap of more than four months.

GTBuy's stated process
GTBuy's homepage is unusually specific about inspection: every item is checked on arrival for defects, sizes and colour differences, and QC photos are uploaded before the item goes into storage. That is the step that makes agents useful compared with buying DHgate items blind, so a clearly described QC process counts in its favour. It also lets you order by pasting links or by browsing on the platform.
What is missing
Fees and storage terms are not on pages we could read, the review base is small, and reviews stopped in May. Search interest is low, about 4,200 a month worldwide, split between Germany, the US and Spain. There is too little independent evidence to recommend GTBuy for a large haul.
Small agent: a working site shows it is alive, not that orders are fulfilled promptly. GTBuy describes its QC well; prove the rest with a small order.
What we would check first
Before topping up, ask support for the free storage period, any service fee, and which shipping lines include tax for your country. Then place one cheap order and see whether the QC photos arrive as described and how long purchasing takes.
Why the review gap matters
For small agents, a long pause in reviews can mean fewer orders or a change in how reviews are invited. It is not evidence of a problem, but it means the score describes the spring rather than now.
GTBuy and DHgate buyers
If you came from DHgate looking for photos before shipping, GTBuy's process offers that. For cheap single items, though, DHgate's direct shipping is simpler. The comparison guide explains when the agent step is worth it.
Converting lists
Few lists are built for GTBuy. Use the link sorter to pull out Taobao or Weidian items from any list and paste them in.
Keeping risk low
Top up only what the next order needs, ship promptly, and keep evidence of every QC photo set. That applies to any agent, but especially to small ones.
A five-point check for GTBuy
- Storage: our record says "Not published on accessible pages"; confirm the clock in your account.
- Fees: "Not published on accessible pages"; compare the final checkout total, not the headline.
- Reviews: 4.2 / 5 from 30 reviews; read the ten newest before paying.
- Activity: newest review 23 May 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
- Status: Operating (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.
- Photos: Inspection on arrival, photos uploaded before storage (homepage).
Using GTBuy with a DHgate spreadsheet
GTBuy does not replace DHgate; it handles the other half of a mixed list. Split your sheet with the link sorter, buy DHgate rows directly, and send the Taobao, Weidian and 1688 rows to GTBuy. Use GTBuy for Chinese marketplace rows; keep DHgate orders on DHgate.
Who searches for GTBuy
Search interest tells you where an agent's buyers are. In Semrush data from late September 2026, GTBuy drew about 4,200 searches a month worldwide, led by Germany (720), the United States (720), Spain (590). US searches for "GTBuy spreadsheet" ran at about 20 a month.
Other agents to look at
Buyers who consider GTBuy often also look at Ootdbuy, RizzitGO, KakoBuy. The status index shows all 31 agents side by side.
The same three signals for each, as of 6 October 2026:
| Agent | Status | Trustpilot (reviews) | Newest review |
|---|---|---|---|
| GTBuy | Operating | 4.2 (30) | 23 May 2026 |
| Ootdbuy | Operating | 4.2 (22) | 16 Jul 2026 |
| RizzitGO | Operating | 4.6 (235) | 30 Sep 2026 |
| KakoBuy | Working | 4.2 (311) | 5 Oct 2026 |
GTBuy compared with other small agents
Among the small agents on our index, GTBuy sits in the middle: a better-described QC process than most, but fewer published terms than Fansbuy or Ootdbuy and an older newest review than RizzitGO or iTaobuy. If you want a small agent with the most current public evidence, RizzitGO and iTaobuy had reviews within the last week of September; if published storage terms matter most, Fansbuy and Ootdbuy state theirs. GTBuy is a reasonable choice if you already know it, or if its QC description is what matters to you.
What would change its status
Fresh reviews would strengthen its Operating status; reports of unfilled orders or a site outage would move it down. Each check is dated on this page.
