About this DHgate spreadsheet site: who writes it, how facts are checked, and what we sell

Last updated .

Short answer: DHgateSheetFinds is an independent guide written under the site name, checking DHgate facts and agent statuses against dated public sources rather than rumours. The photo grids link a 10,000+ item Taobao and Weidian catalogue on repbuysheet.com, and we run a separate WhatsApp buying service, which is the one thing here we sell.

What this site is

This is a guide to DHgate spreadsheets: the shared lists of DHgate and Chinese marketplace finds that circulate on Google Sheets, Linktree, Telegram and Reddit. We explain when DHgate's direct shipping is the better buy, when Taobao or Weidian through an agent is, which agents still operate, and what import costs to expect in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Australia. Pages are written and checked under the site name, dhgatesheetfinds, rather than an invented persona.

How facts are checked

Agent statuses carry the date we checked them and the sources: the rep.tools status board, our own load of each agent's homepage, and its public Trustpilot profile, where we look at the newest review date as well as the score. When Trustpilot has withdrawn an agent's score for breaching its guidelines, we say so rather than quoting an old number. DHgate facts come from news coverage and DHgate's published buyer-protection terms. Customs rules come from government sources: US CBP, the Canada Border Services Agency, GOV.UK, the European Commission and the Australian Taxation Office. Where something could not be confirmed, the page says what was checked.

What we do not do

We do not publish pages that promote branded copies, "1:1" listings or batch rankings, and we do not give advice on getting goods past customs. Trademark-infringing goods can be seized in every country covered here, and no platform refunds a seizure. We do not invent reviews, testers or order counts.

The photo grid

The grid of product photos on most pages comes from repbuysheet.com, a catalogue of more than 10,000 Taobao and Weidian items with real photos. These are not DHgate listings. Tapping a photo opens the item on repbuysheet.com, where you can see the price and buying links; links carry nofollow and sponsored attributes. The selection changes on its own each month, so nothing on the site depends on manual updates.

The WhatsApp buying service

We also run a buying service on WhatsApp for people who would rather not open an agent account. You send a Taobao or Weidian link or a screenshot, we quote a delivered price, send photos of the item before it leaves China, and pass on the tracking number. It is separate from DHgate and from every agent named on this site, and using it is never required to read anything here.

Corrections

If an agent's status has changed or a fee is out of date, message us on WhatsApp with the page and what changed. We re-check and update the date on the page. Agent pages are the most time-sensitive part of the site, so start with the agent index if you are checking something before you pay.

Who it is for

Mostly first-time buyers who found a DHgate spreadsheet on TikTok or Reddit and want to know whether to trust it, plus returning buyers whose old agent closed. If you want the core decision first, read DHgate or an agent; if you want to vet a seller, read the seller checklist.

Independence

No agent or marketplace pays for its status or position on this site. The order of agent cards follows their status and the size of their public review record, not any commercial relationship. We do not use referral codes on agent links, which is why agent names here are plain text or link to our own pages rather than to sign-up offers.

How a status gets decided

Agent statuses are the most consulted and most perishable information on the site, so the method is worth spelling out. We start from the most recent independent board, at present the rep.tools board probed on 31 August 2026, because it checks every major agent on the same day with the same test. We then load each agent's homepage ourselves. A homepage that loads proves little on its own: CNFans's site still loaded after its owner confirmed the shutdown, and ACBuy's storefront still loads today. So the third signal carries the most weight: the date of the newest public review. A large agent with reviews dated this week is shipping parcels. An agent whose last review is from July, when it used to collect hundreds a month, has probably stopped.

From those three signals we assign one of five labels. Working is reserved for large agents with steady recent reviews and no credible failure reports. Operating covers agents whose site works and whose recent reviews exist but are few, so the public record is thinner. Reported means buyers describe concrete failures, such as unfilled orders, stuck withdrawals or warehouse problems, in reviews from the last few weeks, but nothing is confirmed. Shut down needs owner confirmation, a documented raid or the end of all activity. Offline means the domain fails or shows only a maintenance notice.

How DHgate facts are handled

DHgate is a large company with a long history, but much of what circulates about it online is affiliate content. We prefer three kinds of source: news reports with named data providers, such as the Appfigures download figures from April 2025; DHgate's own buyer-protection terms, which we summarise rather than quote because DHgate's site blocks automated reading; and aggregate review data from Trustpilot, which we treat as a measure of complaint themes rather than a verdict. When figures disagree, for example the size of DHgate's seller base, we give the range or the source.

Customs and tax information

Import rules changed more in 2025 and 2026 than in the previous decade: the end of US duty-free low-value imports, and the EU's flat €3 duty per item category from 1 July 2026. Country pages are based on government guidance and note the date of each rule. They explain what is charged and when; they never suggest ways to under-declare or route around inspection, which can lead to seizure and fines.

How the site stays current without manual updates

Sites like this often decay because someone has to remember to update them. Here, the photo grids refresh themselves each month from the catalogue, so they never go stale. The parts that need human judgement, agent statuses and customs rules, carry visible dates, so you always know how old a statement is. If a date looks old relative to something you have read elsewhere, assume the newer source is right and tell us.
