MyCNBox spreadsheet: a small agent with one of the best review scores, and the checks to run before a big haul

Status on 6 October 2026

MyCNBox's homepage loaded normally on 6 October 2026 and leads with a promise to save 30% or more on shipping. Its Trustpilot profile showed 4.8 out of 5 from 414 reviews, with the newest dated 30 September 2026, so reviews are still arriving. It does not appear on the rep.tools status board, which covers larger agents, which is why we label it Operating rather than Working: the evidence is positive but thinner than for KakoBuy or Joyagoo.

What MyCNBox offers

The high review score on a few hundred reviews is the main attraction. A 4.8 is unusual among agents, and Trustpilot shows a steady flow of new reviews rather than a single burst. The shipping-savings pitch matters for spreadsheet buyers because international shipping is usually the largest cost in a haul, especially for shoes and outerwear. Search interest has grown: Semrush recorded about 1,300 US searches a month in September 2026, up from about 720 a few months earlier.

What we could not confirm

MyCNBox does not publish its fee table or storage terms on pages we could read, so we cannot quote a service fee or a free storage period. That is not unusual for smaller agents, but it means you should check both in your account before adding money. A small agent also has less public history of handling problems: fewer Reddit threads, fewer dispute stories. A small first order, one or two items, tells you how purchasing, QC and shipping actually work before you commit a full haul.

Promising and well reviewed, but test it with a small order before a big one.

How to judge a small agent

With smaller agents, three checks matter more than the score. Is there recent community activity, such as reviews or posts from the last few weeks? Do QC photos arrive promptly and show the real item? Does the shipping quote match what you are charged? If all three hold on a test order, a small agent can be as usable as a big one.

Before you top up a MyCNBox wallet

• Storage: our record says "Not published on accessible pages"; confirm the clock in your account.
• Fees: "Not published on accessible pages"; compare the final checkout total, not the headline.
• Reviews: 4.8 / 5 from 414 reviews; read the ten newest before paying.
• Activity: newest review 30 September 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
• Status: Operating (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.
• Community: strongest in United States, so look for reviews from buyers near you.

Using MyCNBox with a DHgate spreadsheet

Most lists searched as "DHgate spreadsheet" are part DHgate, part Taobao and Weidian. With MyCNBox, only the second group matters. MyCNBox accepts the usual Chinese marketplace links; keep DHgate rows on DHgate and use it for the rest.

Who searches for MyCNBox

The keyword data says a lot about who uses MyCNBox: about 4,900 searches a month globally (Semrush, September 2026), mostly from the United States (1,300), Italy (720), Canada (590), and about 0 a month in the US for "MyCNBox spreadsheet".

Alternatives worth comparing

If MyCNBox does not suit you, compare Joyagoo, OrientDig, RizzitGO. Each page lists fees, storage and the date we last checked its status, and the full table is on the agent index.

Where MyCNBox fits in a DHgate plan

For a buyer who started on DHgate and wants to try an agent for the first time, MyCNBox's appeal is the combination of a high score and a shipping-focused pitch. The practical test is simple: take three light Taobao items you would otherwise skip because of DHgate shipping costs, order them through MyCNBox, and compare the delivered total with what similar DHgate items would have cost. If the shipping saving is real for your country, it becomes a useful second channel alongside DHgate.

Questions to ask MyCNBox support

Before topping up, ask support three things: the free storage period, any service fee on purchases, and which shipping lines include tax for your country. Clear, specific answers within a day are a good sign; vague ones are a reason to keep the first order very small. Note the answers in your own sheet so you can compare them with what you are actually charged.

Watching the trend

Fast-growing agents sometimes struggle to keep service levels as volume rises. If you use MyCNBox regularly, glance at its newest reviews every month or two; a sudden run of complaints about delays is the early warning to pause.

In short: MyCNBox looks good on the evidence available, and a small test order is the cheapest way to turn that evidence into your own experience.
