ACBuy spreadsheet after the August 2026 shutdown reports: what is known and how to rescue your links

Status on 6 October 2026

rep.tools' status board, updated on 31 August 2026, lists ACBuy alongside AllChinaBuy as shut down in August 2026 with owner confirmation. Earlier in 2026 several TikTok creators had announced that ACBuy was closing. When we checked on 6 October, acbuy.com still served a storefront titled 'Shop on Taobao via acbuy', but its Trustpilot page had not received a review since 5 July, after averaging hundreds a year. A storefront that loads is not evidence of a working warehouse; CNFans' site also stayed online after its confirmed closure. We therefore list ACBuy as shut down, as reported, and do not recommend using it.

What ACBuy was

ACBuy was one of the most searched agents in the US, about 22,200 searches a month even in September 2026, with "acbuy spreadsheet" alone at about 6,600. Its spreadsheets were widely shared, which is why so many lists still contain acbuy.com links. Its Trustpilot record, 4.5 from 973 reviews, shows it was well regarded while it operated.

What is left

With no reviews since July and the board listing it as closed, the question for most visitors is how to reuse their ACBuy lists. Buyers with balances or items stored at ACBuy should pursue them through any official channel still available and through their payment provider; we cannot confirm how ACBuy is handling refunds.

Treat ACBuy as closed: move your links and do not send money to the storefront.

Moving the spreadsheet

Every row in an old list is a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item wrapped in the agent's link. Paste the rows into the link sorter; it pulls out the platform and item ID and gives you clean marketplace links you can open on any Working agent from the index. Delete rows whose item no longer exists rather than keeping dead links.

ACBuy and AllChinaBuy are different companies

Some sites mix the two up. AllChinaBuy shows a maintenance notice blaming a hacker attack; ACBuy's storefront still loads. Both are treated as closed on our index, for different reasons. See the AllChinaBuy page.

Where ACBuy users moved

Most buyers moving from a closed agent choose a large, well-reviewed one: Joyagoo, KakoBuy and Superbuy are the usual picks. DHgate is also an option for unbranded basics, since it ships directly; our comparison guide explains when that is cheaper.

Beware recovery offers

After agent closures, scammers contact users offering to recover balances for a fee. Legitimate refunds never require you to pay first.

Why we did not wait for an announcement

Agents rarely announce closures clearly. We act on the combination of a board listing, months without reviews and creator reports, and we will update the status if ACBuy resumes with evidence of shipped orders.

What to confirm on ACBuy before ordering

• Reviews: 4.5 / 5 from 973 reviews; read the ten newest before paying.
• Activity: newest review 5 July 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
• Status: Shut down, reported (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.

Using ACBuy with a DHgate spreadsheet

ACBuy does not replace DHgate; it handles the other half of a mixed list. Split your sheet with the link sorter, buy DHgate rows directly, and send the Taobao, Weidian and 1688 rows to ACBuy. ACBuy cannot handle the agent rows any more: buy DHgate rows directly and move the rest to a Working agent.

Who searches for ACBuy

For context on reach: ACBuy attracted around 117,900 monthly searches worldwide in Semrush's late-September 2026 data, with the United States (22,200), Brazil (18,100), the United Kingdom (18,100) at the top. The spreadsheet variant had about 6,600 US searches a month.

If you want a second option

Keep a backup agent in mind: Joyagoo, KakoBuy, Superbuy are the closest comparisons. Status for every agent sits on the agent index.

How they compared on our 6 October 2026 check:

If ACBuy does reopen, we will update this page with the date and the evidence.

ACBuy's own notice from June 2026

The clearest evidence comes from ACBuy itself. The pinned notice on acbuy.com, dated 24 June 2026 and titled "Important Notice on Warehouse Upgrade & Platform Parcel Service Adjustment", says the platform upgrade is at a critical stage and strongly recommends that users submit their stored parcels as soon as possible to avoid misplacement or omissions during warehouse location adjustments. We read it on 6 October 2026, and it was still the top notice, with no later update. A request to ship everything out quickly, followed by a stop in new Trustpilot reviews after 5 July and the board listing in August, is the pattern of a wind-down. If you still have items in an ACBuy warehouse, ask support in writing to ship or refund them now, at support@acbuy.com, the address its site lists, and keep copies.
